报告摘要:A quantity, called pseudo entropy, is introduced as a generalization ofentanglement entropy via post-selection in a general quantum system. Thisquantity is defined from 2 pure quantum states and an arbitrary bipartitefactorization of the whole system. Pseudo entropy in holographic CFTs is dualto areas of minimal area surfaces in time-dependent Euclidean spaces which areasymptotically AdS. To see the speciality of holographic states implied by thisduality, I will show a classification of quantum states with respect to theproperties of pseudo entropy and study it in several quantum systems includingqubit systems, free CFT, etc. The relationship between entanglement and pseudoentropy will also be discussed. If time allows, I will also talk about anoperational meaning for a special class of quantum states and a generalizationof pseudo entropy for mixed states.
