报告人简历：

Klaus Spitzer studied Physics at the University of Göttingen and received his PhD in 1991. Afterwards, he has worked as a researcher and lecturer in Hannover, Montreal/Canada, and again in Hannover before he became a professor at the Technical University Bergakademie Freiberg in 2000. He is head of Department of the Institute of Geophysics and Geoinformatics since 2003 and dean of the Faculty of Geosciences, Geoengineering and Mining since 2015. His EM working group has its focus on geoelectric and geoelectromagnetic methods in the time and frequency domain, particularly on their numerical simulation and inversion.
