报告摘要:Turbulence and magnetic fields are ubiquitousin the universe and participate in a variety of astrophysical processes. On onehand, turbulence can amplify magnetic fields and accounts for the magnetizationof astrophysical media via the turbulent dynamo process. On the other hand,magnetic reconnection can generate turbulence, and the turbulent reconnectionleads to efficient energy dissipation in strongly magnetized astrophysicalsystems. A proper understanding of the physics of magnetohydrodynamic (MHD)turbulence is important for studying its interaction with energetic particles,which is a critical ingredient of the study on high-energy astrophysicalprocesses. I will first introduce some important properties of MHD turbulenceand then further discuss the effect of MHD turbulence on the diffusion andacceleration of energetic particles, including cosmic rays, and theimplications on the observations of e.g., gamma-ray bursts, pulsar windnebulae.
